"Several years ago, I was referred to Mind Body Motion as I was suffering from shoulder, chest, neck and hip pain. Prior to seeing MBM, I have visited several doctors and was on medication. At first, MBM did a deep tissue massage and encouraged me to change my life style i.e., more rest and better nutrition. At the time that I first started with Mind Body Motion, I weighed 195 pounds.
