In our integrated movement and rehabilitation programs, we begin with a 3D Bio-Structural Assessment to evaluate your body’s current state of movement and fitness. You will be taken through a series of tests and measurements that will allow us to accurately determine structural imbalances that are impeding your movement, causing pain, and limiting your overall performance.
After the assessment, your movement practitioner will design a customized program that will structure your one-on-one sessions in our gym. Additionally, you will receive access to your program online allowing you to progress on your own. The more dedicated you are, the quicker you will see results and progress to advanced exercises. Practicing more complex movements will allow your body to work dynamically, enhancing everything from daily activities to high performance sports. At Mind Body Motion, we believe structural integrity and stability are imperative in order to move efficiently. This approach differs from most training methods, which skip these essential steps and move directly into strength and power.
After progressing through the phases of your program, you will notice improved posture, flexibility, vitality and overall adaptation to stress. The longer you train with integrated movements, the better you will feel and move!
Our programs are developed using Functional Patterns methodology. We offer one on one exercise coaching programs and small group training programs.
